Where are you and is there parking?

We're at Vale Park, Denbigh. There's on-site parking, and a drop-off area right by the entrance.

What are your opening hours?

Monday – Friday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm (last booking 9:00pm). Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm. Sunday: Times coming soon

Question 3

What should my child bring?

Accepted Answer

Trainers or astro boots (no metal studs), shin pads, a water bottle and comfortable kit. We play indoors so no need for waterproofs.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes — there's a viewing area for every session. For camps and parties we ask that under-5s are accompanied throughout.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session — cancel it yourself from My account. Inside 48 hours we'll move you to another slot where we can.

Question 6

Are your coaches DBS checked?

Accepted Answer

Every coach is enhanced-DBS checked, FA qualified, first-aid trained and covered by our public liability insurance.

Question 7

Do you cater for allergies and medical needs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add them to your child's profile in My account and to the notes on your booking, and the coaching team will have them before the session.

Can adults hire the pitch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's a small 5-a-side indoor pitch built mainly for under-18s, so adult groups are welcome as long as you're happy with the tighter dimensions.

What does membership get me?
